1 lb Ground beef
1 Onion, chopped
2 Tbsp Ginger paste
2 Tbsp Garlic paste
1/2 Tsp Cumin seeds
1/2 Tsp Fennel seeds
2 Bay leaves
1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 Tsp Red chili powder
1 Tsp Coriander powder
1 Tsp Cumin powder
1 Tsp Salt
2 Tomatoes, chopped
1 Green chili, chopped
1/2 Cup Water
2 Tbsp Fresh coriander, chopped
1. Heat oil in a pan and cook onions until golden brown.
2. Add ginger and garlic paste and cook for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add cumin seeds, fennel seeds, and bay leaves to the pan.
4. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
5. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt.
6. Mix all the spices well with the beef and cook for a few minutes.
