1 Cup White Rice
1 Can of Chickpeas
1 Tsp Garlic
1 Tsp Ginger
1 Tsp Curry Powder
1/4 Cup Green Peas
1/4 Cup Carrots
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Coconut Milk
Salt and Pepper to taste
