-1 Can of Chickpeas
-1 Cup of Chopped Onion
-2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
-1 Tbsp of Ginger, minced
-1 Tbsp of Curry Powder
-1 tsp of Ground Cumin
-1/2 tsp of Ground Coriander
-1/4 tsp of Cayenne Pepper
-1 Can of Crushed Tomatoes
-1/2 Cup of Coconut Milk
-1/2 Cup of Frozen Peas
-1/4 Cup of Chopped Cilantro
-Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste
-Lasagna Noodles
-Shredded Mozzarella Cheese and/or Ricotta Cheese
