– 450g Macaroni pasta
– 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
– 225g Pancetta or bacon, diced
– 4 Garlic Cloves, minced
– 3 Eggs, at room temperature
– 1 1/2 Cups Heavy Cream
– 1 1/2 Cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
– 1/2 Tsp Salt
– 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
