Ingredients– 1 pound ground turkey
– 1 small onion, minced
– 1 garlic clove, minced
– 1 carrot, minced
– 1 celery stalk, minced
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons fish sauce
– 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
– 20 lumpia wrappers
– 1 egg, beaten for sealing
