1 Cup of Lentils
1 Bunch of Kale
1/2 Cup of Onion
1/2 Cup of Oats
1/4 Cup of Almonds
1/4 Cup of Parsley
1/4 Cup of Sun-dried Tomatoes
1/4 Cup of Olive Oil
2 cloves of Garlic
1 Tbsp of Soy Sauce
1/2 Tsp of Paprika
1/2 Tsp of Salt
