Ingredients
1 Cup Arborio Rice
2 Cups Chicken Broth
1/2 Cup White Wine
1/2 Cup Pineapple Juice
1/4 Tsp Saffron Threads
1/2 Cup Diced Pineapple
2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
