1 Cup Cooked Rice
1/2 Cup Pineapple Chunks
1/2 Cup Cooked Shrimp
1/4 Cup Peas
1/4 Cup Carrots, diced
1/2 Onion, chopped
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 Egg
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
