1 Gluten-free pizza crust
2 Tbsp of Tamarind paste
2 Tbsp of Fish sauce
2 Tbsp of Brown sugar
2 Tbsp of Lime juice
1/2 Tsp of Crushed red pepper
1/4 Tsp of Ground ginger
2 Tbsp of Vegetable oil
2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
2 Cups of Bean sprouts
2 Cups of Chopped roasted peanuts
2 Green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 Cup of Mung bean sprouts
1/2 Cup of Chopped cilantro leaves
1/2 Cup of Chopped fresh basil leaves
1/4 Cup of Chopped dry roasted peanuts
1/4 Cup of Chopped fresh mint leaves
2 Lime wedges, for garnish


1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the tamarind paste, fish sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, crushed red pepper, and ground ginger.
4. Spread the tamarind mixture evenly over the pizza crust.
5. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
