Ingredients


1 Gluten-free pizza crust
2 Tbsp of Tamarind paste
2 Tbsp of Fish sauce
2 Tbsp of Brown sugar
2 Tbsp of Lime juice
1/2 Tsp of Crushed red pepper
1/4 Tsp of Ground ginger
2 Tbsp of Vegetable oil
2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
2 Cups of Bean sprouts
2 Cups of Chopped roasted peanuts
2 Green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 Cup of Mung bean sprouts
1/2 Cup of Chopped cilantro leaves
1/2 Cup of Chopped fresh basil leaves
1/4 Cup of Chopped dry roasted peanuts
1/4 Cup of Chopped fresh mint leaves
2 Lime wedges, for garnish

1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet.
