1 Package Rice Noodles
1 Package Firm Tofu
1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Ground Ginger
1/4 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 Cup Chopped Roasted Peanuts
2 Green Onions, Sliced
