1 Cup Quinoa
1/2 Cup Nutritional Yeast
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp Turmeric
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Soy Milk
1/3 Cup Dairy-free Cream Cheese
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
1/4 Cup Chopped Parsley (optional)
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
2. Rinse quinoa in a fine-mesh strainer then transfer to a medium saucepan.
3. Add 2 cups of water to the quinoa and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
