A Healthy Choice

This makes it a great choice for those who want to watch what they eat while still indulging in a filling meal. The miso glaze adds a rich flavor to the salmon while also providing additional health benefits, as miso is known to contain probiotics that improve overall gut health.

Pairing the salmon with wasabi mashed potatoes not only adds an exciting burst of flavor to the meal but also provides a healthy alternative to traditional mashed potatoes. Wasabi is a low-calorie, low-fat, and low-sugar root vegetable that’s packed with vitamins and minerals, making it a great choice for anyone who wants to eat healthily or cut down on carbs.
