Ingredients
– 2 Salmon fillets
– 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
– 2 tbsp Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
– 2 tbsp White Miso Paste
– 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
– 1 tsp Grated Ginger
– 1 tsp Garlic Paste
– 2 Russet Potatoes
– 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
– 1/4 cup Milk
