1 Pound of Penne Pasta
1/4 Cup of Olive Oil
2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
3 Portobello Mushrooms, sliced
3/4 Cup of White Wine
1/2 Cup of Heavy Cream
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1/4 Cup of Fresh Parsley, chopped
1/4 Tsp of Salt
1/4 Tsp of Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp of Dried Oregano
1/4 Tsp of Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
