Working Mom's Hamantaschen with Duncan Hines


  • 1 box Duncan Hines® Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup fruit preserves or pie filling, any flavor


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix together the cake mix, melted butter, eggs, orange juice, vanilla extract, and baking powder until well combined.
  3. Form the dough into a ball and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
