1 lbs Ground Beef
¼ cup Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Mirin
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
2 Green Onions (chopped)
1 tsp Fresh Ginger (grated)
1 tsp Sesame Oil
4 hamburger buns
4 Nori sheets
2 cups cooked Sushi Rice
1 Avocado (sliced)


1. In a medium bowl, mix together the ground beef, soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, garlic, green onions, ginger, and sesame oil. Mix together until all ingredients are combined and set aside.

2. Preheat a grill or large skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Divide the ground beef mixture into 4 equal parts and shape each part into a patty.

4. Grill or pan-fry the patties for about 4 minutes per side.
