Ingredients


1 Pound Potatoes
1/2 Onion
1/2 Bell Pepper
1/4 Cup Vegetable Broth
2 Cloves Garlic
1/4 Cup Chopped Cilantro
1/4 Cup Shredded Cheese
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Avocado
1/4 Cup Pico de Gallo
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Chili Powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
