Ingredients


1 lb Beef Chuck Roast
1/3 Cup BBQ Sauce
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
4 Flour Tortillas
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 Cup Chopped Cilantro

Sour Cream
Salsa

Instructions


1. Preheat the oven to 300°F.

2. In a small bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef chuck roast and cook for 5 minutes, flipping it occasionally, until it is browned on all sides.
