1 Can of Black Beans
1 Onion
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Ground Cumin
1 Tsp Chili Powder

1/2 Cup Sour Cream

1/2 Lime
2 Cups Cooked Rice
