1 Can of Black Beans
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Ground Cumin
1 Tsp Chili Powder
1 Tsp Garlic Powder

1 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper

1/2 Cup Sour Cream

2 Cups Cooked Rice
