1 lb Ground turkey
1 Red onion
1 Cup Gluten-free breadcrumbs
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1/2 Cup Fresh parsley, minced
8 Gluten-free taco shells
1/2 Cup Plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup Salsa
1 Avocado, diced
1/2 cup Shredded cheese
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, red onion, gluten-free breadcrumbs, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
