1 Head of Cauliflower
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1/2 Cup Almond Flour
2 Large Eggs
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 lb Spicy Sausage
1/2 lb Broccoli, chopped
1/4 Cup Marinara Sauce
1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
2. Break down the head of cauliflower into florets and place into a food processor. Pulse until the cauliflower resembles a fine meal.
3. Place the cauliflower meal into a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 8 minutes, stirring halfway through.
4. Transfer the cooked cauliflower to a large bowl and stir in the salt, garlic powder, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, almond flour, eggs, and black pepper.
5. Using your hands, form the cauliflower mixture into a large disc and place onto a greased baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes.
