1 Head Cauliflower
1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
3 Eggs
1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
1/4 Cup Chopped Red Bell Pepper
1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Tbsp Taco Seasoning
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Chopped Cilantro
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
