1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp Ground Ginger
2 Large Eggs
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Crushed Gingersnap Cookies.


1. Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
2. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
3. Melt unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then add brown sugar and stir until melted and smooth.
