-1 lb Pork belly
-1 teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
-2 tablespoons vegetable oil
-1 onion, sliced
-1 red bell pepper, sliced
-2 cloves garlic, minced

-2 tablespoons soy sauce
-1/4 cup hoisin sauce
-1/4 cup rice wine or dry sherry

-1 cup jasmine rice
