Ingredients


1 lb Potatoes, cubed
1 Onion, diced
1 Red pepper, diced
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 cup Green peas
1/4 cup Tomato paste
2 cups Chicken broth
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1/4 tsp Saffron
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Ground cumin
1/2 tsp Dried oregano
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1/4 cup Parsley, chopped
