1 Block Firm Tofu
2 Cloves of Garlic
1/2 Red Bell Pepper
1/4 Cup of Frozen Peas
1/4 Cup of Frozen Corn
2 Cups of Cooked White Rice
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
