- 2 Pounds Beef Chuck Roast
- 1/4 Pound Bacon
- 1 Bottle Red Wine
- 2 Cups Beef Broth
- 2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 Onion
- 4 Carrots
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Bouquet Garni
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
- Black Pepper
