1 pint fresh strawberries
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream
3 large egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup granulated sugar (for the topping)


1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
