1 Onion
2 Carrots
2 Sticks of Celery
2 Cloves of Garlic
1/2 Cup of Frozen Peas
1 Cup of Frozen Corn
1/2 Cup of White Wine
2 Tbsp of Tomato Puree
400g of Cooked Lentils
1 Tbsp of Dried Mixed Herbs
500g of Mashed Potato
2 Tbsp of Olive Oil
50g of Grated Cheddar Cheese
Salt
Pepper

1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
