2 Carrots

2 Cloves of Garlic
1/2 Cup of Frozen Peas
1 Cup of Frozen Corn
1/2 Cup of White Wine
2 Tbsp of Tomato Puree
400g of Cooked Lentils
1 Tbsp of Dried Mixed Herbs
500g of Mashed Potato
2 Tbsp of Olive Oil
50g of Grated Cheddar Cheese
