Ingredients


– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– salt and pepper
– 8 thin slices deli ham
– 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp dried parsley

– 2 eggs
– 2 tbsp milk
– 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
